Call for evidence

We are challenging the Secretary of State for Education on the lawfulness of school smartphone guidance in England.

We are seeking witness statements from parents whose children have suffered harm due to smartphones at school. (This includes school trips, fixtures and school transport.)

We are seeking written statements only, with no need to appear in court. There is the potential for anonymity if it is justified.
