Call for evidence

We're challenging the Secretary of State for Education on the lawfulness of school smartphone guidance in England.

We are seeking witness statements from:

• young people aged 14—19 who can tell us about their experience of smartphones in school
• parents whose children have suffered harm due to smartphones (including on school trips, fixtures and school transport)

We are seeking written statements only, with no need to appear in court. There is the potential for anonymity if it is justified.
